Return Policy

SHIPPING & ONLINE RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Obsession Boutique! We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes an item does not work out.

SHIPPING

- Obsession Boutique offers $8 flat-rate shipping on U.S. orders. Orders of $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

- Tracking information will be emailed to the address provided at checkout once the order has shipped.

- Orders placed before 1:00 PM CST typically ship the same business day. Processing times may be extended during launches, sales, holidays, or other high-volume periods.

- Obsession Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or incorrectly delivered after being accepted by the shipping carrier.

- Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

ONLINE RETURNS

Eligible items may be returned for online store credit only. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.

Returns must be postmarked within 15 calendar days of the delivery date shown on the order’s tracking information.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking information until the return has been processed.

Obsession Boutique is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, missing, or damaged in transit.

Returns postmarked outside the 15-day return period will not be accepted.

RETURN CONDITION

Returned merchandise must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Unaltered

  • Free from smoke, perfume, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, and other signs of wear

  • Returned with all original tags attached

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted. Refused returns may be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Shoes must be unworn and returned in their original shoe box. The shoe box must be placed inside a separate shipping box or bag. Do not place shipping labels or tape directly on the shoe box. Damage to the original shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for return.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or issued store credit:

  • Seasonal and holiday merchandise

  • Sale merchandise

  • Flash-sale merchandise

  • Jewelry

  • Sunglasses and eyewear

  • Purses, belts, and accessories

  • Bralettes, bandeaus, bras, camisoles, and undergarments

  • Gift and home items

  • Gift cards

  • Merchandise purchased during promotional, holiday, celebration, or other discount events

  • Merchandise purchased using a discount greater than 10%

Final-sale merchandise will not be accepted if returned.

STORE CREDIT

Please allow 2–3 business days for your return to be processed after it is delivered to our Returns Department.

Store credit will be emailed to the email address associated with the original order. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

We do not send a separate notification when a return package arrives. Customers should use their return tracking information to confirm delivery.

Store credit cannot be applied to a previous or existing order. It must be used toward a future online purchase.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges or hold merchandise for exchanges.

Because our inventory is limited, we cannot guarantee that another size or color will still be available when a return reaches our Returns Department.

Customers needing a different size, color, or item may return the original eligible item for store credit and place a new order.

LOCAL PICKUP ORDERS

Please wait until you receive a ready-for-pickup notification before arriving at the store.

Online orders selected for local pickup are subject to this online return policy. The 15-day return period begins on the date the ready-for-pickup notification is sent.

Local pickup orders must be collected within 30 days of the date the order is placed. After 30 days, unclaimed merchandise will be donated. No refund or store credit will be issued for unclaimed items.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Every order is inspected before shipping, but mistakes can occasionally happen.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise must be reported within three calendar days of delivery and before the item is worn, washed, or altered. All original tags must remain attached.

Email info@shopatobsession.com and include:

  • Your first and last name

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

Please contact us before returning the item. Returning merchandise without first reporting the issue may prevent us from properly resolving the problem.
