Local Pickup Hold Policy

Effective starting January 3rd, 2024 

We are pleased to offer free local pickup to our customers who are able to visit our Hammond, LA brick and mortar location to retrieve their online and app orders.

However, our storefront storage space is limited.  We ask our customers to please pickup their orders within 30 days of placing their online and/or app orders. 

After 30 days of the package being unclaimed, the merchandise will be donated. 

No refund or store credit will be issued for non-claimed items.
