SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed before 1:00 PM CST typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST will begin processing the following business day.

Processing times may be extended during launches, sales, holidays, or other high-volume periods.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Carrier delivery times are separate from our processing time and may vary.

SHIPPING RATES

A flat-rate shipping fee of $8 applies to orders shipped within the continental United States.

Orders of $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping. No discount code is required.

Orders shipped to Canada are charged a $25 flat-rate shipping fee.

Orders may be shipped through USPS or UPS.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Obsession Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or incorrectly delivered after being accepted by the shipping carrier.

Please wait until you receive a ready-for-pickup email before arriving at the store. Orders may be collected during regular storefront hours.

Local pickup orders must be collected within 30 days of the date the order is placed. Unclaimed merchandise may be donated after 30 days, and no refund or store credit will be issued.

RETURNS

Eligible online purchases may be returned for online store credit only. We do not issue refunds or offer direct exchanges.
