SHIPPING
Obsession Boutique offers $8 flat-rate shipping on all U.S. orders. Orders of $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Tracking information will be emailed to the address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM CST typically ship the same business day. Processing and shipping times may be extended during launches, sales, holidays, or other high-volume periods.
Obsession Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or incorrectly delivered after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
ONLINE RETURNS
We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes an item does not work out.
Eligible items must be postmarked within 15 calendar days of the delivery date shown on the order’s tracking information.
All online returns are issued as online store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking information until the return has been processed. Obsession Boutique is not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
Returns postmarked outside the 15-day return period will not be accepted.
RETURN CONDITION
Returned merchandise must be:

Free from smoke, perfume, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, and other signs of wear

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Shoes must be unworn and returned in their original shoe box. The shoe box must be placed inside a separate shipping box or bag. Do not place shipping labels or tape directly on the shoe box.

Final-sale merchandise will not be accepted if returned.
STORE CREDIT
Please allow 2–3 business days for your return to be processed after it is delivered to our Returns Department.
Store credit will be emailed to the email address associated with the original order. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
We do not send a separate notification when a return package arrives at our warehouse. Customers should use their return tracking information to confirm delivery.
Store credit cannot be applied to a previous or existing order. It must be used toward a future purchase.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges or hold merchandise for exchanges.
Because inventory is limited, we cannot guarantee that another size or color will still be available when a return reaches our Returns Department.
Customers needing a different size, color, or item may return the original eligible item for store credit and place a new order.
LOCAL PICKUP ORDERS
Customers will receive a separate email when a local pickup order is ready. Please do not arrive for pickup until the ready-for-pickup notification has been received.
Online orders selected for local pickup are subject to the same online return policy and 15-day return period.
The 15-day period begins on the date the customer receives the ready-for-pickup notification.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Every order is inspected before shipping, but mistakes can occasionally happen.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise must be reported within 3 calendar days of delivery and before the item is worn, washed, or altered. All original tags must remain attached.
