We carry young contemporary clothing lines.  While the sizing chart above applies to most of our clothing, some items do not fall under this cart.  If so, we will let you know in the description of the piece of clothing.

Return Policy:

Returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only with a receipt or order number.  We do not issue refunds. 

We accept returns postmarked within 15 days of the delivery date.  Your delivery date can be found by using the tracking number.  Items returned outside of our return window are subject to refusal at Obsession Boutique’s discretion.

Items must be returned in new condition; unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with original tags!  Items returned with obvious use / smell are subject to refusal.

Shoes must be returned in their original box and must be placed inside a bag for shipping transit.  Do not tape the box shut or attach labels to it.  Damage to the shoe box makes shoes ineligible for return.

Final sale items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Final sale items not eligible for return:  seasonal items, jewelry, sunglasses, purses, belts, bralettes, bandeaus, bras, camis, undergarments, flash sale items, all items purchased with a coupon code of more than 10% off.

Gift cards can not be returned or refunded.

Returns will be processed within 2-3 business days from the date we receive the item(s).  We can not process your return prior to it arriving at our office.  Store credits can not be applied to existing orders and must be used for future purchases.

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN:

Return shipping is the responsibility of the sender.

Items can be returned in person to our storefront during normal business hours.

We can not hold an item for exchange.  Please note desired items on this slip.  We will do our best to accommodate the exchange.  If the item you desire is not in stock, a credit will be issued.

• Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface.  Always try on shoes on carpet.
• Damaged items should be reported to info@shopatobsession.com immediately (before returning package) to ensure your refund or exchange is properly processed.
